How easy is it to get my cleaning done with Duds At The Door door-to-door service?
- Sign up!
- Choose a location to leave your clothes (front door, garage, etc.). It’s best if you choose a weather-sheltered location.
- Place your clothes in the bag we provide for you.
- Leave your bag out by 8:00am on your scheduled day. Your driver will come by and pick it up.
- When clothes are ready, The driver will drop them off at the location specified.
- Open your door and bring in your clean clothes!
Is it really that simple?
That’s all there is to it! We come to your home twice a week, pick up your bag, clean your clothes and return them to you professionally cleaned, perfectly hung or folded and ready to wear. If you have special instructions – no problem, just leave a note in the bag. It’s really that simple.
How will I pay for my order?
Just pay by cash or check at the time of delivery, or if we have your credit card number on file we will charge you automatically. We will send you a receipt at the end of the month.
Is there a minimum dollar amount for free pickup?
No, there is no minimum dollar amount for regular customers.
How will I know my scheduled drop-off and pick-up days?
Upon sign-up, I will come by and drop off your bag with a tag, Find a location to leave your bag, and put a hook on the wall. We will discuss the pick up and delivery date.
Do I have to be there when the drop-off or pick-up is made?
No. There is no need to be home to use the service. Your driver will service your pre-designated location.
How do I tell Duds At The Door about a special request/issue with my garments?
Simply leave a detailed note in your bag identifying the specific garment (including color, fabric type and label if possible) along with your specific cleaning instructions.
What do I do if I have a problem with my order after I get my clothes back?
